Adding an image to your shopping cart
Once you've logged in, perform a search and then click either the preview image or the Open preview icon in the search results view:
Select the appropriate usage method and click Add to cart:
You can also add images to your shopping cart by clicking the shopping cart icon directly in the search results view. In this case, you will only select the usage method in the shopping cart:
Selecting the usage method in the shopping cart
If you have added an image to your shopping cart directly from the search results view, the usage method is selected in the shopping cart.
1. Open your shopping cart by clicking the shopping cart icon at the top of the page:
2. Under the Selected usage method heading, click Select:
3. Then select the correct usage method from the Licensing options list. You will see the price on the right side of the screen. Select Apply to selected if you want to apply the selected usage method to the images selected in the shopping cart.
4. Select Apply to all if you want to apply the selected usage method to all images in the shopping cart.
Removing images from your shopping cart
To remove images from your shopping cart, select an image by clicking the box to the left of it. Then click Remove selected.
To clear the entire shopping cart at once, click Select first, then Remove selected:
More information about your order
At the bottom of your shopping cart, there is a More information about your order link. Enter information in this field, for example, about which publication the image is appearing in.
Choosing a billing method
When you are ready to pay, click Buy. Depending on the contents of your shopping cart and your company's billing method, the service will either ask you for a billing method or tell you that a package download is starting.
• If your shopping cart contains package downloads, the service will ask if you are sure you want to download the images from the package. An invoice will not be sent for package downloads because the package has been paid for in advance.
• If your shopping cart contains images that are paid by invoice, you will select either a credit card or an invoice as the payment method. A credit card purchase will be charged immediately, while with the invoice option, we will send you an invoice for your purchase.
• If your shopping cart contains both package downloads and images that are paid by invoice, you will first download the package images and then the images that are paid by invoice.
